Solution 1: Ensure Google Assistant Turn On

First of all, you have to ensure that your Google Assistant, Voice Match, or Hey Google, are turned on Android phones and tablets devices. You need to go through Assistant settings. Then under “Popular settings” tap “Voice Match”. Then turn on Hey Google and set up Voice Match.

Solution 2: Check your Language Settings

When Ok Google not working for you, then maybe the reason behind it is that you are speaking the wrong language. Verify the language setting.
Go to the Google app and then its main menu, then go to “Settings”, then “Voice”, and then choose the relevant languages from the Voice menu.

Solution 3: Retrain the “Ok Google” Voice model

1. Open Settings, then Google, and then Search then Voice.
   Ensure Voice Match is toggled on.
2. Then press on the Retrain voice model and repeat “OK Google” and “Hey Google” when provoked.
3. After that Google assistant will reply definitely once more to your voice as usual.
